- Sellers and businesses are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, prices, stock, fulfillment, customer communications, and honoring confirmed orders.
- Drivers are responsible for accurate availability, safe delivery conduct, delivery confirmation, and following MandebStore delivery workflows.
- MandebStore provides marketplace technology and may also operate platform-managed services, but independent sellers, businesses, and drivers remain responsible for their own actions and obligations.
- Orders are subject to product availability, seller acceptance, fraud checks, payment confirmation, delivery coverage, and applicable policies.
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including WaafiPay and other supported payment methods. MandebStore does not intentionally store full card credentials.
- Returns, refunds, cancellations, wallet adjustments, commissions, payouts, fees, and sponsored services may be governed by additional marketplace rules shown in the relevant checkout, dashboard, or support flow.
- You must not upload, list, send, or publish illegal, misleading, infringing, harmful, abusive, spam, or fraudulent content.
- MandebStore may remove or restrict products, ads, reviews, messages, files, accounts, or content that violate these terms or platform safety standards.
- By submitting content, you grant MandebStore permission to use it as needed to operate, display, moderate, promote, and improve the marketplace.
- Do not misuse MandebStore, bypass security, interfere with the service, scrape data without permission, manipulate orders or reviews, commit fraud, violate laws, sell prohibited products, or abuse support, payment, advertising, delivery, or messaging systems.
- Do not use MandebStore in a way that harms users, sellers, drivers, businesses, MandebStore systems, or third-party rights.
MandebStore may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, accounts, listings, payment methods, delivery areas, promotions, or services at any time where needed for operations, safety, compliance, maintenance, or business reasons. We try to keep services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
MandebStore services are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MandebStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for issues caused by users, sellers, drivers, payment providers, delivery partners, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
