Business Terms & Conditions

By registering as a Business Buyer on MandebStore, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the creation, management, and processing of Requests for Quotation (RFQs), supplier selection, and contract finalization through the platform.

1. RFQ Creation & Accuracy

  • You agree to publish RFQs that are clear, detailed, and accurate, including precise quantities, specifications, and delivery expectations
  • You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information shared in your RFQs
  • Any misleading or incomplete information may result in account suspension or cancellation of the RFQ

2. Offer Evaluation & Supplier Selection

  • You agree to review and evaluate supplier quotations in a fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory manner
  • You may shortlist and contact multiple suppliers for clarification or negotiation before final selection
  • All non-selected quotations remain confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties
  • Any attempt to manipulate bids or coordinate with specific suppliers is strictly prohibited

3. Contract & Payment Obligations

  • Once a quotation is accepted, it constitutes a binding commercial agreement between you and the selected supplier
  • You commit to honoring the terms of the accepted offer, including agreed pricing, payment schedules, and delivery timelines
  • Contracts must be finalized and signed electronically through the MandebStore platform
  • Failure to complete payment or honor contractual terms may result in penalties, suspension, or legal action

4. Communication & Professional Conduct

  • Maintain professional, courteous, and timely communication with suppliers
  • Provide feedback or updates regarding quotation status when possible
  • Avoid abusive, misleading, or unprofessional behavior in all communications

5. Platform Usage

  • Use MandebStore exclusively for legitimate business and procurement activities
  • Do not post RFQs for items or services prohibited by Djiboutian law
  • Respect confidentiality and data privacy of all suppliers and business partners
  • Unauthorized sharing or external solicitation outside the platform is not allowed

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, you agree to first seek amicable resolution directly with the supplier
  • If unresolved, you may request MandebStore's mediation process
  • You accept MandebStore's fair and neutral mediation outcome as a preliminary step before any legal action

7. Compliance & Legal Responsibility

  • Maintain valid business registration and licenses in Djibouti
  • Comply with applicable commercial, tax, and procurement regulations
  • Provide any requested documentation to verify business legitimacy

8. Platform Fees & Commission

  • MandebStore may charge a service commission or transaction fee on successful deals concluded between buyers and suppliers through the platform
  • The commission rate and applicable fees will be clearly displayed before confirming a contract or payment
  • Both parties (buyer and supplier) acknowledge and agree that MandebStore is entitled to its commission as part of the platform's facilitation services
  • Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of access to platform services or account termination

Important Notice: Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension, RFQ cancellation, or legal consequences. MandebStore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with prior notification to all registered business buyers.
